Most of your problems are centered round yourself, what you call “I”:
Am I a good (or bad) person?
What will be with me?
Will I be OK/healthy?
Will I have enough money
Will I get a suitable life partner?
He hurt me, offended me, robbed me, insulted me
and so on.
When you grasp that this “I”, that so occupies you, is only a concept and not something real, these problems are not found.
Meditation
Sit in a quiet, comfortable place.
Observe what is happening around you.
Look, listen, sense what is going on.
Observe what is happening in your body – sensations, breathing, your heartbeat.
Observe your mental activity – your thoughts and emotions.
They vary each moment.
This is what you usually call “your experience”.
Now…
Ask yourself, “who or what exactly is watching all this?”
Observe the observer.
Whatever the answer, ask yourself, “who is asking the question?”
…
Continue until there is no answer.
Rest in natural awareness.
