In the unconditioned mind there is nothing missing

Share this:

Reality

Everything is real.
Everything, that is, except for what you think.

Your conditioned mind

Your conditioned mind does not see reality, but rather creates an illusory reality from your thoughts, that largely reflects your mental history, your conditioning. In this imagined world there are things and events. There are things missing that you want and things you have that you do not want. There are events you do not like and events you want to continue as you like them. All of this can create stress, mental tension and distress, wanting your apparent reality to be different from what it is.

In the unconditioned mind

In the unconditioned mind there is nothing missing and nothing that should not be. In brief, there are no problems.

It is impossible to reach the unconditioned mind since it is neither a place nor a state, so that there is nothing to reach. The unconditioned mind is where you already are, so there is no need or indeed possibility to go there. The unconditioned mind is no more than the recognition that you are  a conditioned being, that the world in which you seem to live reflects your past and not reality, what is happening now.
