If there is a problem and a solution, there is no need to worry.
If there is a problem and no solution there is no point in worrying.
When you confuse your opinions with reality, what happens may appear in the form of problems. When you believe what you think, life is complicated and problematic.
When this confusion dissolves, when you see the world and yourself as they really are, neither these complications nor the problems they cause appear. There is simply what is.
So this work consists simply of accessing pure awareness, the unconditioned mind, as often as possible, as the new habit or conditioning stabilizes. This way things appear as they are. The real is real, opinions are opinions. There is no confusion and nothing to generate imagined problems.
Life is easier and more comfortable.
